I had minor surgery to repair a fracture on my pinky.  All of you made me feel comfortable and relaxed to undergo the procedure.  I just wanted to thank you for your care and compassion.

Never before have I been treated so well and with such care and courtesy as I was on that day.  Everyone, including the very nice receptionist, I encountered had a smile and gave the impression of the TLC one always hopes for but rarely receives.  I was made to feel special and my nervousness was taken into consideration and calmed.  I felt like I mattered.
